Who can use Training Mask 2.0?

Training Mask 2.0 is a breathing resistance device intended for use by physically fit persons over the age of 16 years. Respiratory resistance exercises and breathing technique training has been studied under a number of circumstances and applications, for everyone from professional athletes through to the elderly and sufferers of pulmonary disease. It is widely agreed that breathing control and 'correct' breathing is particularly important during physical exercise.

For professional athletes the Training Mask 2.0 can be particularly beneficial during injury rehabilitation to maintain cardiovascular fitness. There are a number of other training benefits that can come from introducing Training Mask into your training program.
